Moderator's Biography

Dr. Chang Shu-Chen (Susan) has been the Nursing Director of Changhua Christian Hospital for almost 20 years (since 2002). She received her Master's Degree in Community Health Nursing at the University of Michigan and finished a Ph.D. Degree in Nursing at Kaohsiung Medical University. Susan is also one of the Directors of the Taiwan Nurses Association (TWNA) which is the most influential nursing association in Taiwan. Not only in charge of the daily routine in hospital, in the meantime, she's also an instructor in colleges and universities, sharing her experiences and cultivating more outstanding nursing staff.
